So this character is a species bend from a human, but why not put him in this fandom too you know what i mean.

TLDR: he's a hacker/seller of illegal stuff. part of a mafia. Albino guy. Senzo's roommate

By his peers, the words “suspicious” and “Val” go together like wi-fi and computers. Val is deemed untrustworthy and no one really knows all that much about him. For most, Val is seen as someone who is just “there”, which is startling whenever he randomly appears behind them due to his light footsteps. He likes to socialize, but even so, it’s difficult to get information about him. He seems to be hiding something and does it so well that not a lot of people knew his occupation for many years. Being hard to figure out, he takes pride in that, preferring to be a mystery to his peers rather than an open book. Many might not know much about him, but he knows a lot about everyone else. It may just be his artistic eye or his keen hearing, since he does keep gossiping in mind.

One of the main reasons that Val is so secretive is because he likes to hack technology. He has his laptop handy all the time, hacking systems, other peoples’ PAKs, Irken technology, you name it, he had done it all. His main job is being a seller of drugs, weapons or information for mafias and gangs. He spends a lot of time on the dark web and keeping up with the black market, of course.

Val is a rather flirty guy too, getting way too close to personal space and throwing around seductive remarks. He uses this to his advantage, as while the victim is distracted he is able to steal something out of their pocket or weasel some information from them. His hands are never to himself for no apparent reason but that's just another one of his charms.

Occupation: Seller for mafias/gangs, part time dark web stalker.

Backstory:
Val was always treated a bit differently from his peers. He cannot go out into sunlight for a long period of time and it affected his ability to socialize. With his condition, it was not possible for him to be an Invader or a Medic, like he always wanted, as he was never given the opportunity to attend a proper college. He ran away from his home at age 16, stressed from social pressures and his parents denying any proper care for him. He didn't know where to go, but spent a lot of time in libraries, reading up on computers and technology after stumbling on the subject from a shelf. After a few instances, he found that he had a thing for technology, able to make it bend to his will through simple hacks. At the age of 18, he was on the run from all the PAKs he messed up through his tinkering, finding joy from it.

A mafia heard about this gifted hacker, offering him a position for selling items on the black market, because it was such a touchy area of the internet and Val was able to handle it easily. After a while, he was promoted to handling weapons and confidential information from other gangs or mafias. He is basically the middle man for both sides, and probably is the only trustworthy thing about him. He moved into a rundown apartment near a police station, able to use the short vicinity to keep track of where the police are. He mostly works at home from his laptop, being apart from his mafia for a long time. Police started suspecting activity where he lived, therefore, he put up an ad for a roommate to keep his profile low. A young police officer named Senzo moved in, shocked at the illegal things Val was doing in their apartment. He wanted to report his roommate to his deputy, but Val offered to pay for 2/3 of the rent plus their electric/water bill if he kept his mouth shut (as well as threatening to hack Senzo's spider legs from his PAK). He knew that Senzo did not have a lot of money and apartments around the station were already hard to come by, and uses that to his advantage. Either way, this master of deception would like a low profile, despite his dirty work.
