based off a repaint of my original gem-sona this picture was a general work over simplifying some things - i love Steven universe You rock Rebecca sugar
Program used to paint it was Clip Studio Paint
I speculate that moonstone is not a fighter but more a entertainer/ songstress perhaps
the entire picture was painted using the marker tool, partly airbrush and layer masks

Oh my goodness, yes! I can just imagine her clutching a vintage-style microphone and singing for a crowd of awed gems. Maybe it's something about her pose or her expression, but it seems her songs would be solemn and beautiful.
Have you heard Lana Del Rey's song "Love"? Could you imagine Moonstone sounding something like that?
