Time for a random new creature/monster/thing. This time its a Cyclops/Ogre-like being. I admit that it bears a striking resemblance to an Ogre from World of Warcraft. Anyway, tell what you think about it...Related content

Awesome concept!It turned out really well, though the arms look just a tad long. Perhaps next time try to make the armor look a bit more scuffed or dirty? It looks odd being so clean on such a brute.

It's really good work though The detail contributes to the scariness. I like the way you've used lighting to emphasise it's features.

Not bad! Very interesting method of coloring, He has a very muscley sheen to him. Even though he is a Cyclops his left arm is a weee bit to long. Over all its a good composition. What did you use for the majority of the picture (photoshop?).

Layers, but I use channels for selecting certain parts of colour, like, the shoulder armor he has, I have all the colours on one layer, but the red and the black have their own saved selections in channels.

crap, saved selections.. I really gotta utilize those more often, I hardly ever use em, and I bet I could probably vastly improve my work that way.
