This is for Richard Johnsons "Erth Chronicles". official website here [link]I am having the time of my life since finding how to illustrate quickly...
'The General', is the ship and it is around 500mtrs in lenght (described as a half mile..Naturally
)..Based on a pre existing concept sketch..i'd love to claim credit for that one ..Old Yarna is actually three tentacle like creatures with a face on the end...(I see i have 2, but thats not the point)..
she apparently was human, but she was such a naughty lady that she was punished with a spell..apparently morphing her into a fish..She eventually found solace in the seas, striking a deal with the ocean and thus becoming a very very naughty lady..

I really am scrapping the bottom of the bucket here..i jus wanna post the dam thing...
HEY congratz England and South Africa for making it to the Rugby World Cup Grand Final..

hah!, oops. looks like im biting you head off there, srry bout that..No you're right..I have a different approach to my concept work, i am forcing myself to not to go too long by just keeping it quick and simple..so there will be a drop in quality, till i get better at doing 8hr quickies

Hell yea congratz to Argentina, they did an amazing job, and totally deserve to be in the tri-nations or six nations cup next year..lets hope..While i am at it, i'd like to congratulate Fiji on their efforts of knoking wales out and france to the all blacks...Its was a brilliant world cup to say the least 
And thank you, Coty, yea i nearly gave the game up..the pieces were so time consuming that i needed 2 days to recover mentally, it affected work and everything.. I just didn't think that i could be a professional with this Achilles heel.

It's always rather awe-inspiring when something man-made of epic proportions is damaged and eventually thoroughly destroyed. It's like watching a gigantic creature die; sorrowful, but visually gripping nevertheless.

Great atmosphere and raw energy here Marley. Loving the colours and composition too. I would agree with the command via email that her heads are too big, but still a great depiction of this doomed scene. Things to consider are obviously the third head, people and Siran being thrown about or jumping overboard - or in this case scattering the decks as you are capturing the moment before...

Yes sorry bout the third head.. It did actually cross my mind about the siran..but i got so caught up in the movement and colours, that the important bits were left out..owell, its still a learning curve for me..thanks very much, Richard!
