Artist Note: JJWCool's latest adoptable OC that he acquired from Impel. The only thing I did was gave him gloves & boots as well as equip him with Rockman 6's Plant Barrier which makes sense because I imagine him being the type of young hero who wants to protect innocent people. I consider him the Mika (Genshin Impact) of the series (Or what I wish Mika was). I feel that I managed to nail down his cuteness. I also envisioned him being shorter than Bubble Girl to add to the Mika representation like about as short as Rebounder Kid even though he’s suppose to be the same height as his sister.
