Ah you have the same problem I had. You draw feet and hands too small. Whenever you draw a character force yourself to draw them bigger no matter how bad you think it will look. When a hand is spread it should be about the same size as the character's face. And you can practice drawing just hands in different poses. It really helps. (I remember my earlier drawings...The head was too big and everything else got smaller the farther away from the face it got. )
