Kaden's pants are different from Zanthi's and Joker's because he is a Grey Warden, a biotic military sect dedicated to teaching young biotics across the Apherian Empire.
The logo is the wing of a Wondhea, a large, graceful bird native to Thedas, the Grey Warden's homeworld. The bird looks similar to a Mute Swan.
The Ahperian Empire military and the Ahperian Alliance hire Grey Wardens in many of their conflicts. It is rare to see a squad of Imperial warriors without at least one Grey Warden member.

The red and yellow stripes on Zanthi's pants represent her willingness to sacrafice her blood and flesh (the red) to protect the people of the Empire (the yellow). Only warriors who have undergone Navant training are allowed to wear these stripes.

Joker had his eye shader hat specially made for his promotion of becoming the SEV Capia's Chief Helmsman.
His tail had to be amputated at a very young age due to complications presented by his brittle bone disease.
