Description
Since I been drawing aload of friends OC and turning them into Lucarios thought it was time to draw my OC Wayne turned Lucario again.I did the simliar theme to the last drawing I did giving it a Star Gazing feel of the longest day with the time being nearly midnight with the blue shimmerling light of day just under the horizon.

It to do with Crystal's pokemagic, she a sub-Diagla tht learned the arts of pokemagic and know how to change others forms and appearances with a few spells ^^
