[link] In an attempt to think like L, Near stood out in the pouring rain to think.
Until Gevanni went out and dragged him inside, giving him his coat so he (hopefully) doesn't catch a cold! Near looks a little sad...maybe doing something L used to do just made him think about how he's gone. 
This pic dedicated to ~CoolestNinja1242 for prodding me (most recently; I know others have before, too.
) into drawing this pairing. I know it's not a "lovey-dovey" kind of pic of them, but I hope it'll do for everybody who's been wanting to see GevannixNear from me. Near and Gevanni is from the anime/manga Death Note, and belong to Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata.

I never actually thought I'd like GevannixNear...too much age difference and such, but...after seeing this, I searched for some fanfictions to read regarding the pair, and although there aren't many, I really liked them ^.^
So now you've changed me

Fanfiction sure has the power to transform one's opinions, seriously! I used to think MxM couldn't possibly work in my head, but after reading a few fics where they were together I can accept it as believable. I still don't like it as much as NearxMatt or MelloxNear, though.
