i have a problem with the placement and look of the title...suggestions please? tell me something along the lines of: "do it like you did in the meaningless piece" or something.

doesn't it look like a japanese horror flick? THE MUSIC. (that's what it says on her palm btw, haha)
the pics from this set are the most challenging to work with, which makes for a satisfying experience. you should see how boring the originals are.

I agree--the image looks a bit like a Japanese horror film, which is pretty cool, imo. I like the atmosphere, and I agree with the others that say it looks like a CD cover. Great work!

they belong to the models, i'll ask. but the "cheaper" asian clothes stores usually have them, like stuff from korea, hong kong and japan

it means "the music". i was going for a "the ring" feel, haha! though literally it's just "music" because i don't think japanese has a "the" like we do.

i know, but it's really hard to have that "hint" when monitors differ ~_~ it looks fine on my own and some others, but too dark in some. grr. i wish there was a way to work with that.

i don't know if it's possible - but to get the japanese characters to mold into the hand more? like... it's been painted on the hand instead of written on a flat surface? and one character slightly lower than the other too...
