Description Luffy and Lucci decided to solve their quarrel by a "friendly" game of chess (like that would ever happen) but they really should have chosen some simplier game. Luffy isn't honestly the most intelligent person around XD... and Lucci got tired while waiting for Luffy to make his move.

Yup. This was once again one of those odd ideas I'm nowadays having all the time.... and this was my first time drawing Luffy so I hope it doesn't suck too much.

Since Luffy is so dense, he couldn't decide how to start, so Lucci went first so he wouldn't freak out. Then he fell a sleep because it was Luffy's turn again. I usually like to come up with a logical explanation, unlike the rude people telling you what you already know. 😜

You made a mistake here: white always begins with chess. Here, Lucci, who plays black, has made the first move. Luffy is thinking about the move he will do as white.

In this situation, Luffy should play black instead of white and Lucci should play white instead of black.

I was originally going to add a bubble to Lucci's nose but it made the image somehow look messy .
