I'm not a huge fan for Valentine's day coming up but I wrote a short story to go with this piece (although this isn't really part of Star vs the Forces of Evil but the characters are changed in order to fit in Stella's upcoming story after the show)

SEXUAL IMPLIED CONTENT BUT NOT REALLY HAPPENING THERE SO JUST A HEADS UP 'KAY?

It is Valentine’s Day on Earth, and Marco had planned out their perfect date. He rereads his long list of tasks for their date and goes upstairs to wake up his wife. “Star, wake up.” Marco caresses her cheek. Star groans, shifting her position and her back on Marco. “Star, do you know what today is?” Marco whispers into her ear. Star mumbles. “No, too tired, I just wanna sleep in.” Star pulls the blanket over her head as she tries to sleep some more. “Oh come on, Star it’s Valentine’s Day, remember?” Marco reminds her. “Mmwahh? Oh? That’s today? I totally forgot.” Star said as she rubs her eyes and stretches. “I got a date planned out just for the two of us.” Marco shows her his long list and reads out each one. “Okay, so I made heart-shaped pancakes for you, check. Woke you up, check. And- oh, what’s this, ta-da!” Marco hands her a bouquet of fresh flowers. “Aww! Marco, you’re so sweet! Thank you!” Star kisses Marco’s cheek and smells the flowers. “Ooh now, these smell good!” After she smells them, she then sneezes and the flower petals blew into Marco’s face. “Oops! Sorry! Uh, I guess something must’ve gotten into my nose, hehe!” Star picks off the petals and kisses his nose. “Well, there goes the flowers.” With a disappointed look, Marco crosses off his list. “So what else have you planned out for me, Wild Man? I’m sure you’re full of surprises.” Star shows a seductive look and bites her lip. Marco blushes. “I know what you’re thinking Star, and no it’s not that.” Star frowns. “But today is Valentine’s Day, right? Think of what all the other couples are doing right now.” Heat rises up to his face and tries to change the subject. “I bet you’re gonna like what I’ve planned out for us. Besides, this is way better than what you had in mind.” Star scoffs. “Oh yeah sure, like my ideas are the worst, thanks, Marco.” Star sarcastically said. “Okay whatever, but you know we’re supposed to be at the movies ten minutes ago, and you’re still not fully up and dressed.” Marco looks at his watch, then gets up and plops down a dress on the bed. “Huh, I don’t remember this being in my closet.” Star picked up the dress and placed it on her to see if it fits. “Well, that’s because I bought it when you were sleeping,” Marco said. “Oh! Well, this is so cute! Ahh! I can’t wait to try it on!” Star jumps out of bed and sprints to the bathroom to change. Two minutes later, Star bursts out of the bathroom and twirls around in her new dress. “Ooh, all the ladies gonna be jealous when my handsome hubby takes this gal on a date!” Star proudly said as she puts a hand on her chest. “So are you ready to go? We’re gonna be late.” Marco says as he heads for the door. “Oh wait!” Star hurries over to table near their bed and finds a golden ring. “Forgot to bring this baby so that people know we’re married.” Star slips on her wedding ring and heads out the door with hands clasped with Marco’s.
