The first thing I noticed about this was the lovely soft hues and tones. The image has many lovely baby pink tones which gives it a nice soft feel - suitable for this portrait. I like that the pink of the dress is reciprocated in the pink of the tree in the background - this gives good balance.
The model looks great and the pose is very suitable for being perched on top of a wall. The "look away" thing works very well too e.deviantart.net/emoticons/c/c… " width="20" height="20" alt="
There are a few things I don't like or I think could be better. The position of the model within the frame is very central. I know the rule of thirds is not a hard and fast rule but if you are going to position the model centrally in a portrait then I think it need to be at the centre of converging lines or in some sort of symmetry.
I also don't like the two gaps in the cement at the bottom of the wall. I would have cropped them out or photoshopped them because, as it stands, I think they distract from the main focal point - the model!
