Description Thrushwing glanced away from the leader. He just had to say that to her. "Im a good medicine cat Shrewstar! You just have never seen me work!"

Shrewstar snorted. "Then lets do an annual practice every moon as if a battle was going to happen." He said the comment sarcastically.

ForestClan's medicine cat growled. "It would be a waste of herbs. Even worse, a waste of time!"

The leader looked away. "Like you care," he muttered.

Thrushwing was enraged by his comment. "Like I care?! If you don't think I should be a medicine cat, GO TELL STARCLAN!"

Shrewstar yawned, tired of the argument. He stepped out of his den to wander around.

Thrushwing hissed in anger. She wasn't even there to discuss how she worked, it was on the new prophecy! Couldn't the leader understand?!

The pale black she cat padded out, looking at the sunset. Today was the gathering. She needed to see someone, now that all of this happenend. "He won't be happy," she muttered.

Thrushwing watched Rockkit and Bramblekit play-fight, trying to show they won an argument over Pondkit. The smoky-blue she kit was lost in thought, and Thrushwing knew exactly what she was thinking.

"One day Pondkit, one day you will understand."

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thrushwing padded beside Shrewstar, who was still angry with her. A medicine cat has to attend a gathering and if that rule wasn't there, Thrushwing would be bored in her den right now.

ForestClan entered Empty Hollows, the area where the four clans meet. It was where the hills and forest met, which happened to be a large ditch in the area, just flat grass. The leaders spoke from the middle so it was easier to hear their voices echo softly across the hills.

Thrushwing watched as her clan mingled with MoonClan, HillClan, and StreamClan. The greeted each other happily, since not one battle has happened in many moons.

The medicine cat padded into the hollow, just about following Shrewstar's dark brown pelt until she turned sharply to a group of HillClan warriors.

Her blue eyes searched the cats, not finding who she was looking for. Thrushwing didn't want to be with everyone else, for she was afraid she would spill something out.

The pale black she cat sat in some bushes at the edge of the hollow, shadows blending in with her. She looked up to hear the leader's voices.

"Everyone! The gathering is starting!" Shrewstar yowled. The clearing fell silent except for the faint echos of his voice.

"MoonClan is well for leaf-fall, nothing new has happened." A snowy white she cat named Froststar said.

Thrushwing spotted the cat she was looking for while Froststar continued talking.

"Hey!" Thrushwing hissed.

The dark gray tom continued walking, oblivious to Thrushwing.

"You in the gray!" Thrushwing growled.

The tom looked around suspiciously.

"In the bushes you foxdung!" Thrushwing was angered by him not listening, but she knew he would be mad at her soon.

The tom padded over to the bushes and sniffed warily, but relaxed when Thrushwing sighed in relief.

He went into the bush, almost knocking over Thrushwing.

"Hey!" She hissed, grooming herself.

The tom's green eyes filled with anger. "ForestClan?! What do you want from-"

"Creekdrop." Thrushwing mewed softly.

He froze suddenly, unable to figure out how to react. He managed to calm down.

"Thrushwing."

Thrushwing blinked slowly, trying to figure out what to say.

"There is a prophecy."

"So what," Creekdrop hissed, "like it includes me."

"It sort of does."

"Sort of? What kind of answer is that?"

"One that you need to know." Thrushwing mewed darkly, trying to tell him the problem.

"I said forget you once. And I don't want to do it again. What?!"

Thrushwing didn't have the chance to answer. Shrewstar was in the bush, amber eyes gleaming.

"And what is this?"
