Kamen Rider 101

Plot:

A strange astronomical phenomenon occurs all over the world: several asteroids are raining all over the world at the same time. Several places get hit, specially Tokyo Bay, where a giant tsunami hits the place by surprise. In the aftermath of the disasters, 100 stones survived from the rain. These stones immediately latch onto the person near them, turning them into armored heroes. A company called Skydread comes with answers that they got "after several investigations on the matter", specifically that the 100 people affected are there to be tested in order to see who will hold the responsibility of protecting the planet.

The heroes were dubbed by the Japanese "Kamen Riders" due to their similarity in powers and abilities to Japan's legendary heroes. Skydread summoned all the riders to a series of contests to see who was worthy of be THE Kamen Rider. 50 pairs were formed in base to factor of equilibrium, one of them formed by KR Heartbeat, a magical-themed rider, and KR Savage, an animal-themed rider. The 50 pairs have to fight with several monsters sent by the Skydread in order to find out who's worthy of the honor. In the middle of the contest, several of the Testers (genetically enhanced humans that volunteered to test the riders) were beginning to be defeated by a single android that identifies itself as Altair-7. Skydread, actually an evil space empire called Chaon, sees this android as a trouble they must get rid of. So they summon an army of Testers and a Eliminator, a monster made to defeat the riders without effort in case of a rebellion.

When the android, who was fighting some Testers, is confronted by this army, he's in a pinch. KR Heartbeat and Savage attempt to fight back, but the Eliminator manages to leave them badly wound. However, by surprise of everybody, Altair-7, dubbing himself "the only and true hero", summons a transforming belt, the NexTech, and turns into a new rider: Kamen Rider Next, the 101th Rider. With his powers and his NexTaff sidearm, he defeats the Testers and destroys the Eliminator. He then takes the wounded riders onto his bike and carries them to...

The hidden base of the Anti-Chaon Organization, founded by the legendary 7 riders (1go, 2go, V3, Riderman, X, Stronger and Amazon). That base, located in a cave in the Mt. Fuji, had been monitoring the Rider Battles in order to find out the secret agenda of the Chaon Empire. There, the riders Heartbeat and Savage get their wounds tended and also get updated of Altair-7's nature by his creator, Dr. Shimeno: He was created to hold the cloned brain of Shimeno's son Takeshi, a cop who died in a previous attack of Chaon that was thwarted by the Legendary Riders. He managed to clone is son's brain before it were to late, and created Altair-7 to hold it.

When the Riders found him, they noticed the robot, even without a heart, was able to fight back on them, so they gave him a "Soul of Justice" with their combined power and later helped Shimeno to make the NexTech and turn Altair-7 into KR Next. He was trained and tuned up by the riders in order to make him a powerful ally in their battle against Chaon. Later, they used their combined powers to give Heartbeat and Savage true rider powers so they can hold on against the forces of Chaon alongside Next, the Kamen Rider #101.

Characters:

Mizuki Yasunami/Kamen Rider Heartbeat

Mizuki's a 15 y-o girly girl who loves fashion and romance. She got her Rider System when heading to a ball with her boyfriend. She lost her date and her boyfriend, so she has a very volatile mood when reminded of that. Her motif is love and butterflies and her armor resembles a magical girl uniform, with wind-based powers. Her transformation device, the Beat Driver, is a heart shaped locket that fits in the belt she summons when she uses the Beat Rouge lipstick to draw it on the air. She uses the Heart Clash shield and the Beat Narrow rapier as weapons. Her final move is the Narrow Break, where a giant pink wind projection from the Beat Narrow slashes through its objective.

Jun Takaishi/Kamen Rider Savage

Jun's a 23 y-o naturalistic photographer who cares about animals more than anything. He got his Rider Systems while facing illegal poachers. He prefers animals to people, which makes his relation with Mizuki a bit cold. He had at first a deep mistrust of Altair-7 because he's an android, but he grows fund of his selflessness, which makes him wonder if Altair-7's more human than what is specifically stated. His motif is wilderness, with his primary form being a lightning-powered tiger, but can change into wind-powered hawk, a fire-powered lion, a forest-powered bear and a water-powered snake with his different forms. His transformation device is the Savage Dagger, that also is his sidearm and he uses it on his final move, Savage Blade Kick, where he stabs the monster with the charged blade, immobilizing it, then kicks right on the Savage Dagger to make it explode. The move is used in any form, changing the element he charges the attack with the only difference of his bear based form, which is to heavy to jump, so he does a roundhouse kick instead.

Altair-7/Kamen Rider Next

Altair-7 is the android vessel of Takeshi Shimeno's artificial cloned brain, after Takeshi was killed in a previous Chaon attack. The brain's a new kind of supercomputer that can store a perfect copy of a human brain. Altair-7 was made to hold the brain, making it a unique android. Although all in his mind says he's Takeshi Shimeno, he's very conscious that he's a machine, rejecting sternly any attempt from Dr. Shimeno to make him look human. He has a high sense of justice and bravery, given that Takeshi had a samurai-like discipline for his job. The Legendary Riders gave him the means to become a Kamen Rider after he proved his courage and honor to them, also earning a Soul of Justice, which give him something very close to "life". He has troubles with irrational human thinking, something no computer can replicate, but he had grown a good sense of humor and enjoys his partners' shenanigans. His transformation device is the NexTech, a built-in transformation belt that he can summon at will. He's a dark steel android, but his rider form is fully silver (like a simpler version of Shadow Moon) and has electric-based powers a la Stronger. His sidearm is the NexTaff fighting cane that can turn into a gun, a sword, a flute-dagger, a knuckle and an anklet. He changes his fighting style and abilities depending on his weapon form: Sword form makes him faster, Gun mode adds accuracy and enhanced senses, Knuckle makes him stronger and the Flute-Dagger allows him to control light and create illusions. The NexTaff Anklet form only triggers his finisher, the Armaggedon Next rider kick, where he stomps the ground to freeze his objective, then fly kicks, causing an explosion large enough to cover the fighting field, making him immediately change back to his normal form.

My main idea for this one was to have not only the first machine rider (Altair-7/), but also the first female secondary rider (Mizuki/Heartbeat).
