Description
Zidai's second power up is achieved by the Heisei Jikuu Breaker. One of the two forms created by using the powers of Decade and Zi-O.

It leverages all of the Heisei Rider's tragic origins to create Zidai's strongest form (even stronger than his actual final form), however, it also brings forth Zidai's evil and makes him a risk to everyone around.

By using the Final Form Time, Zidai can use other Rider's powers as weapons.
