Yes, it's sort of an undershirt with white gloves. I thought about making the gloves the same shade as the boots, and on second thought I should have done that.

I love how she is very 'square' but still looks feminine! The only thing bothering me slightly is how flat-looking her toes are to me. Cx The outfit is super awesome, especially with that green standing out.

Your new sig is fun, yay trees! It reminds me of something though...a compass, maybe? Not sure. My brain keeps saying it's something medical, but I'm confused.
MEANWHILE. Your sense of steampunk fashion just amuses the hell out of me, it's great! And I like her facial features as well. They carry that sense of seriousness in a librarian-hitting-you-with-a-ruler kind of way!

This quality is waay better. I love that puffed trousers and the coat. She doesn't look like a constable, though, with the bow around her neck and the ones at her shoes. Rather like a well - bred and a little pampered girl from the higher ranks of society. Her cute hairstyle fits to that impression.
