I always pictured Rafe as a sort of darker and more serious version of Matt Le Blanc, aka Joey. But I do not disagree with model Rafe.

Omg....Tj is one lucky woman cause Rafe is HOT!!! And whats odd is I pictured Rafe to look the same exact way. But it looks lovely TJ I think you did a fantastic job. Just for comic purposes you should have hadded a chibi Dee with big glaring eyes in the background XD

Also, TJ came out ALRIGHT? Are you kidding?! She's gorgeous! Although, yes, Rafe could use some of work, but they're both pretty great. If I tried to draw Rafe, your picture would make him look like prince charming
