He uses these claws mostly for land-based rescues such has landslides or cave-ins, and he often gets commissioned by cities to dig new subway tunnels and infrastructure pipes as he can do the work of a construction crew of ten. His scales are incredibly thick and offer him incredible defense in battle as well as withstanding pressure underground. While he has the charisma to be the face of a hero agency or place in the Top 10, his eyes are more suited to the dim light of caves, so he doesn't tend to venture into the public too often. At least not without sunglasses. He collects them.
