Star Slot 10; Denki Kaminari x Shizu Maeda

Crack Child #1: "The Necromancing Hero; Deadbolt"// Her hero nickname, though chosen by her, isn't the one everyone else uses. Instead they call her "Frankenstein". She doesn't seem to care. A little quiet and a little off, tends to stare at others in an unsettling way. Her quirk allows her to essentially reanimate things by sending out electricity and then controlling that to make the body do whatever she wants. Her quirk works best on fresh corpses, and the larger something is, the less she can control (for example, ten birds vs one bear). She hasn't had the best luck with finding fresh human corpses, but with some work, she may even be able to control their quirk post-mortem as well. Nobody is really sure on whether or not she'll actually make hero or turn villain.
