And here we have Kibo and since I'm in such a mood for Sleepy Hollow right now I couldn't think of anyone better to voice Kibo than Matt Barr who played the role of Nick Hawley during Season 2 of the series. Hawley is basically Ichabod's character foil, as their speech style and motivations are complete opposites, which often makes them quite competitive with one another. Hawley's top priority is financial gain. Business is more important to him than any greater agenda of the Witnesses. The End of Days is more about acquiring rare artifacts for sale, than about battling evil. Ichabod considers Hawley to be a "privateer" whose only allegiance is to his money, and is disgusted by his mercenary attitude. Similarly, Hawley finds Ichabod's arcane style bizarre, so he calls him nicknames such as "𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐞" and "𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐣𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐞". Something I've often found when it comes to Kibo's and Mukasa's '𝙗𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙡𝙮' relationship. They are two very different lions cut from the same cloth with Mukasa taking his lessons from his mother, Queen Kiara very seriously as he listens to each of her lessons and takes into account he'll have to pass on those same stories to his own cubs someday. Kibo on the other paw can sometimes be the exact opposite of Mukasa he's known to be a bit of a proud lion maybe even a little 𝙩𝙤𝙤 proud at times even but thankfully he knows when to step up and take his role seriously especially when it comes to his role that he plays in his sister's Lion Guard. Another thing Kibo and Hawley do have in common is they're both known to be quite the charmer with the ladies. Kibo tends to be very flirtatious and gains the attention of a lot of young females in his pride, but later on Kibo quits this behavior when he gets older because he discovers he has more genuine towards none other than Nzuri .
