So me and a friend of mine do mini RP stories involving multiple series and timelines. So I saw this and decided to take a crack at it.

The Red Skull: Captain America's arch-nemesis and the leader of Hydra, he selected these 6 individuals to reform Hydra and conquer the world, and maybe the multiverse.

Madame Hydra: One of Hydra's most loyal and deadly, Madame Hydra is Skull's most trusted ally. She's next in line to rule the organization and the Red Skull's second in command. She's every bit as ruthless and cunning as her supreme leader.

Lord Drakkon: Stranded in the modern era, this evil, alternate version of Tommy Oliver has joined Hydra out of convenience more than ideology. He doesn't believe in Hydra's message and thinks Red Skull is unworthy of the Cosmic Cube. He plans on killing Skull and Madame Hydra to take over to institute his idea of "a perfect world."

Ranger Slayer: Kimberley Heart in Drakkon's world was as member of the Coinless resistance for a long tim,e after the rangers were defeated there. But whether by brainwashing or her own free will she defected to Lord Drakkon's side. Reunited with her lord she intends on killing Madame Hydra for her lord and Master.

Captain Hydra: Formally "Captain Nazi" Albrecht Krieger was genetically altered by Nazi experiments to create "The Perfect Aryan specimen" in order to fight for Adolf Hitler and the Axis Powers during World War II. With a burning hatred of all "non-Aryan" ethnicities, and power to match, Nazi battled American superheroes such as Bulletman, Minute-Man, Spy Smasher, Captain America, The Submariner, the original Human Torch and even Logan. Near the end of the war, Albrecht placed himself in suspended animation so that he could emerge in the future to revive the Reich. Him and his "Fourth Reich" joined Hydra out of loyalty to the Nazi Party

Dr. Gero: This former Red Ribbon Army scientist and doctor escaped Hell after being killed by his own creations, Androids 17 and 18. Gero hates the Saiyan named Goku with a burning passion disguised by his cold, logical and analytical mind. Teaming with the Machine Mutant Dr. Myuu after his death by Bebi bursting from his chest and again at the hands of Super 17, they join Hydra for supplies and funds for their Experiments. Gero however no longer trusts Myuu and seeks to eliminate him as soon as possible, as well as steal Lord Drakkon and Ranger Slayer's Morphers and turn Captain Hydra into the Ultimate Android/Machine Mutant Cyborg.

Dr. Myuu: An insane scientist, Dr. Myuu desired nothing more than absolute control of the Universe. Upon hearing that other universes and timelines existed, Myuu expanded his horizons to conquest of all of reality. Dr. Myuu team up with Dr. Gero after death by Bebi bursting from his chest and again at the hands of Super 17 after betraying his partner. Having escaped Hell once more, they joined Hydra for supplies and funds for their Experiments. Dr. Myuu however is also treacherous, and looking to kill the other "heads" and take over Hydra, as well as steal Lord Drakkon and Ranger Slayer's Morphers. then clone Captain Hydra and make it into the Ultimate Android/Machine Mutant Cyborg
