As Temporal agents, Tavla and her crew pretty much lost everything. They can not go back to their own time period without it being brief visits. Something she resents Daniels for. But she always hoped one day K-13 would be found after he told her that it being pulled into a temporal anomaly wasn't the end of it and those whom were left behind by mistake. Over a century later, as she escorted the Lukari in their first real espedition into the stars she finally discovers the fate of K-13. While T'Met finds it "agreeable" for Tavla it's much more emotional. This is a last lingering piece of their home time period and she'll ne damned if that Ferengi scalper Madran claims it as salvage!
