I just added a head band for him tbh, as his design is a mix between Ninja and Samurai.Here’s why:
His country - the Land of Wind is Japan inspired, the Samurais are the noble family who are born with large wings which is believed to help them conquer the storm, or fly through the storm so to say.
Ninjas are often those with no or smaller wings, they couldn’t fly through harsh wind or storm.
Ronin is from a noble family but he doesn’t have wings which demotes him from the inheritance linage and his relatives and fellow nobles treat him like a low life.
So he leaves, and vouches that he will someday become the very storm that these nobles trying to fly through.
He adopts the way of the Ninja and ditches most of his Samurai armor.
Fun fact:
Both people from the Land of Wind and Aves clan in Tundra are Avians, so Snø and Ronin are basically from the same ethnicity.
