Description The text is in old Norwegian - translation: "Let not the Light subdue this force of olde - may the Beast crown thy Soul!"

The primal senses are strong, so alive and so alluring, yet so forgotten and abandoned by most peoples minds in everyday life. Our lamb-like nature takes place like a matter of course. I want to still feel the call from ancient times, the nature we once had, as admirers of wolves and warriors of pride, wanderers of cold night.

Very inspired by the album Nattens Madrigal by Ulver, I used myself again as a model and I think this is the last of my self manipulations in a while, trying to come up with something a little different next time...

thank you! it turned out a lot more expressive than I tought it would. and as I wrote I'll try something a little different next time, I feel that I have been doing the same stuff for quite a while now... oh well

Omfg, I'm scared! I love the red teeth and tongue, what a beautiful horror... This is truly expressive, and not as cliche as it would seem at first sight. I mean, it isn't monochrome though most of artworks in this style often are. You even set up the contrast at a high level I guess. I mean the red is really vivid... And the gothic font is gorgeous. A beautiful work by a beautiful guy!

Thank you Kreestal dear! Your comments are so lovely, you really see many of the same things as me in my work, and you even see what I do to the picture while I work it (like the contrast) It became more and more expressive as I made it and with a deeper meaning, so I'm really glad you like!
