This piece was inspired by a drawing I found online between Sinbad and Badr...so I felt the need to (try) and recreate it with Shia and her mother! I really love this intimate piece, mainly because it shows Shia's vulnerability--everything that she does is in careful preparation for the future, and that's because of the burdens and blame she holds from her past mistakes.To learn more of Shia's relationship with her mother, feel free to read this poorly made 3 page manga!
