I was thinking on starting Iris's sprite now, by the way ^u^
but i was wondering if you wanted to draw out her facesets? Like, for her expressions?
Only because I don't feel like i can draw her too well
and i thought you'd feel more comfortable, as she is your character. And i can see she's very close to you ^^

I'm afraid I can't :/ My time is really limited and I can't draw 2d so well. It takes me a lot of time to draw in 2d and the result never as good as I have expected because it's not my forte :/ I always mess up
Besides, I think a game shouldn't have different art style, it may make the game seems unprofessional. I see that you have EisChii drawn the face sets of some characters already, can you ask her to draw face sets for Iris too? ^.^" since her art fits perfectly with the game, in my opinion, because it has both the creepy and beautiful vibes

but at the moment, she's working on her own project, which is a manga ^-^
but i can ask her after she finishes a few pages of it ^^
but in the game, i had an idea that the more "human" characters would be drawn more in her beautiful style, and the more horrifying ones (like Jeff) would be drawn be me ^^
