"Down in Fraggle Rock!"
Nice to see that people still love its charm, especially now with a possible theatrical movie release...
Time to "dance your cares away" with the two-tapping theme song: [link]

RED! Heheh, a better feminine role model I've never had!
I think Wembley was my fave though, because he always ended up going bonkers because he saw both sides of an issue, which is something I can totally relate to now.
And Madame Trash Heap. She ROCKED.

Her heralds rocked too!
"You are in the presence of
The all-seeing,
All-knowing
TRASH HEAP!
Nyaa!"
I think their names were Philo and Gunge, and the Trash Heap was Marjorie...

What's nifty about this is how the fairly simple Muppet design gets filtered through a personal vision; this Red is less ropey and more angular, more dynamic than usual (which is pretty dynamic anyway for Red). Something about this says "rodent" to me, which is pretty cool considering that the Fraggles were kind of abstract and didn't seem tied to any one species. Thumbs way up!

Ha! That's pretty thoughtful of you, but it was pretty well established that the Doozers actually *wanted* the Fraggles to eat their buildings and freeways and stuff, and that's why they made them out of radishes. If the stuff didn't get eaten, eventually the Doozers would run out of room to build in, and then there would be nothing to do! Yeah, big muppet dork = me.

It be Red Fraggle from Jim Henson's hit series to promote world peace (and to stop war)..."Fraggle Rock".
Perhaps the theme lyrics would bring back some memories:
Dance your cares away
Worries for another day
Let the music play
Down at Fraggle Rock
Closing episode ending (one of the many emotional moments): [link]
