Description
Thwill is an average teenage looking guy that is actually only human at 97% since he has insanely unstable DNA. He can talk to Pokémon and is resistant to most forms of magic.
His body being sensitive to exterior DNA means that he's (WAY) weaker to TF than the average person. Thankfully it has the rather useful ability to reset itself back to human if given enough time.
For safety measures, he wears a special watch he designed himself to keep his body in check.

Most of the changes I made are mostly minor cuz it's hard to change perfection //shot

Goggles: I decided to recolor the yellow bands since over time they started to annoy me because they clashed with the rest of the color scheme. Canonically there's still the same and never changed. It won't change much since people drew them green anyways XD

Field pouch: I kept forgetting to draw Thwill's backpack over time so a pouch under his shirt is more practical and more fitting to a TF ninja

TC-W: The upgrade and successor to the T-W, the original Tech-Watch. This watch is Thwill main method of DNA stability and TF protection. It was designed and programmed with Rainbow's help. Some folders in it are inaccessible even to Thwill for some odd reason. Its protecting glass can open for a various set of usable modes depending on Thwill's needs. It usually stays with his new forms.
