But anyway, this particular Palkia is actually a character from my good friend, ~Black-M-H 's fanfiction, titled 'Not So Legendary'. He writes really good and funny chapters, so do check it out here: [link]

Palkia is the outgoing and stubborn twin sister of Dialga. She's usually wilder and prefers to make rash actions and decisions. Rather frequently, she would start fights with Dialga, making fun of their differences, but she loves and cares for her brother very much, just like any sibling would.

So, I gave her this warrior-like outfit in reference to her outgoing and fierce nature. You know, for easy movement and fashion and everything. Her pearls are obviously on both her sleeves.
