I've always loved this colour scheme for Batgirl. I think the bright yellow compliments her black outfit and red hair nicely.

What you have is good, but there are 3 things I see right off- and only because I'm a purist when it comes to some characters:
1.I'd shorten the boots to knee-height.
2. I'd enlarge the bat symbol.
3. I increase the size and volume of the cape.
