Description
Two characters for the Alien Force fandom. The woman Dorothy has been around for the longest time in my head. Originally created two years ago for Ben10. She was a plot device because I thought Gwen should have a teacher in magic and somehow that led to a story idea about Kevin's origin being magic. In turn lead to an idea about magic users using the null void to practice offensive magic.

Now thank you Alien Force magic doesn't really exist and I rework the story which is fine since I only had one chapter lost to house move.

In short Dorothy is Kevin's adopted mother while the man is his biological father who I have dubbed Calvin since I'm not creative with names.

They knew each other when they were younger. Friends they were but right now it doesn't seem they're in good terms.
Dorothy is blowing Calvin off while he seems upset about something. Despite him being a Plumber and she being part anodite (I'm keeping the 'magic' part) thus he has authority over her ,she really doesn't care about pissing him off.
