Excellent job, very well done. The detail in the overlapping plates is absolutely superb. His left hand is a little on the small side, but that is a very easy fix, especially with Photoshop. Once again, great job yo.

Oh soory It has taken so long, I lost my computer due to my mother board dieing and I had to start fresh, but I have a sugestion. I would like to say i think you should do a revisit on this, on a foundation that's proportionately correct. You know, correct human proportion's because I mean no disrespect or meaness but the left arm and both legs are slightl short and the torso is too long for the head. If you like i can give you a blank skeleton sketch in the same pose only right proportions and you can redo it, it might even help you learn, I know it took me a long time to get it right and I still mess it up.

A blank skeleton sounds nice :3
I'll try to correct it once I have more free time and have built up enough courage, Don't want to mess it up too. :S

The level of detail -alternating between larger, overlapping plates of metal and the scale-like material -not to mention the added spikyness look good.
I think this would be worth developing w/ colour and shading; all those sharp angles, varying textures and gleam on the metal and the decorative details would offer quite a lot to experiment with.
