I made this comic to make fun of Moltres' enormous weakness to anything made out of rock.Speaking of which, what IS a fire/flying type doing in a CAVE filled with rock-type Pokemon, and up a WATERFALL on top of that?!
Fun Fact: Neither Gold(NOT Ethan!) nor Lyra apparently brought Pokemon. They fought off all those Gravelers with their fists. WITH THEIR FISTS!!!

Aw, man, Safari zones are brutal. I think I spent the good part of two years of elementary school screaming at my Gameboy every time a Chansey ran away from me. The only thing worse is if it's shiny-then that's just the hax gods smiting you.

Haha, it really frigging is for some reason. It's also really lame that you can't climb rocks until you beat Gar-bear. Funny stuff!
I think you should also ask the question why it revives after fighting the elite four again. rofl. Another fun fact for people who killed legendaries.

Yeah, I had another four or so frames of this comic where Moltres is reborn(he IS a Phoenix, after all)as a Torchic, but is promptly snatched(and eaten?) by a Golbat. Seemed a little too hectic for one comic, though.
