First of all, you suck at writing :S. Why should she change the feet? it's a CHIBI ever heard of that? It's supposed to be full of nubs really, It's a surprise it has normal hands.
If you don't like the feet. You can ask her why she made the feet like that instead, of saying you just don't like them because they are nubs.
It's a certain drawing style.
and on top of that, Feet and hands are generally really hard to draw, It's only normal to try and hide them
