A deserving punishment for... anything really!The character is Han Ban from a korean webcomic called 'Her 1/32'

Well the web comic is entirely in Korean, so it's really hard to find! Try googling '그녀의 1/32'. I dunno if there's a translation anywhere, but if you find one, tell me! This was part of an art trade so I was just asked to draw the character!
