Im still not sure about the rainbow
Terragen and photoshop, used a terrain file called Alpinator, as well as a few stocks from sxc.

I suggest keeping the rainbow, or adding a moderately-small sized celestial body - this picture has a somewhat UK biblical quality to it, very classical, but the rainbow makes it stand out from the rest.

Very photorealistic... I like the rainbow, but it may look more natural if it were hazier and not so uniformly present. Not sure if that makes sense, but it looks great!
