Sledge dog race! <3 Today I spent some time with EternalOcean , Khalliysgraphy and wind-princess . We met a lot of wonderful cuddly Huskies and Malamutes
I have to admit, that I love these dogs. Although Bernese like Jodie are my most favourite, because they are the dogs that fit so perfect to my life and their character is perfect, too. But Sledge dogs are so damn beautiful, I can't help to wish for one. Sadly, we neither have the space nor the time for one, so today was a little chance to come close to them. For example to Chayenne, a 13 year old Husky lady. She did not run, but her musher didn't want to leave her at home. ____________

She's a beautiful dog. Too bad you didn't get to take her with you. But on the other hand, I'm glad you didn't get to take her because they shed a lot. I should know because I had one.

Echt? Ach je, das ist ja blöd, ich hab gester noch dran gedacht, dass ich dich fragen könnte, ob wir da dieses Jahr zusammen hin wollen... weißt du, wieso? Zu warm oder zu viel Aufwand?

Letztes Jahr wurde es wegen Wärme unterbrochen (und es war ja immer recht matschig im November). Auf der Website des Vereins ist Großbeeren als Strecke aber gänzlich rausgenommen, denke also, die fahren da gar keine Rennen mehr
