Pallas is a Toxtricity And Garchomp Hybrid, created in my pokemon fan story of Project Icarus (going through rewrite, WIP). He's super territorial and aggressive. He does get befriended by a human trainer, and later on becomes her lover and closest companion.Project Icarus Pokemon: There are 5 levels of different pokemon and all pokemon with this project are all 18+ and depicted as ADULTS. No exceptions.

Toxtricity and Garchomp seperately belong to Gamefreak/Nintendo.
Pokemon belongs to Gamefreak.
