he's a descendant from both Ketanleona and Tatsuya, just like his brother Kiyotaka!
he also goes by the name Blue Eye...
you may understand why!

he contains the soul of Cornelius's best friend Kazuki... which is who he's named after.
one day... when Kazuki and Cornelius were hanging out, out of nowhere he was shot, and later died in the hospital...
after his death, Cornelius wasn't only angry, but he also became depressed, he would often go to his mausoleum when he wasn't out killing people!
he became so consumed in it, that he almost started worshiping him. he even draw on one of the walls, an older-angelic male figure before a younger male figure with demon wings, who’s either bowing before it or crying before it.

I came up with the name of Kazura before I even really knew what he'd look like.
coming up with the name due to necessity.
As I thought, "Why not give him an older brother who also drowned when their village was flooded!" then it became an older brother and two younger half-sisters...
apparently, a lot can happen in a whole day!
