Holidays, at laaast! So, to celebrate, I took a break, and painted a bit again.I saw Paranoid Park on Monday, and really appreciated it, and I loved one of the pictures you see all the time.
I found interesting to focus only on the nose and the mouth, and not the eyes for once, and I loved the atmosphere.
I think I must have spent about 1h30 / 2h on it, and for once, it's only made with acrylics.

This is quite gorgeous! There isn't enough traditional art on here and I love the rough, sweeping nature of the acrilic paints. Almost like oils, but with a bit of that soft blended nature from watercolors... I really like the way you shaded his face and those little places with the shiny white highlights. Very nice!
