Wow very nice.
You made the whole terrain with the terrain tool ?
Nice sunrays too. I must say this is a very nice Terragen render.

that's not only terragen... there is a lot of post work in photoshop that gives all the little things that make this piece special.

I agree with the stunning comment.. putting this in favs . Long time ago I sat on beach watching a scene similar to this. one side rain. the otherside sun. and this render is just as perfect as when I looked at the real thing.

First time I've seen mountains realistically rendered in a 3D piece. Drop-dead gorgeous. Good work.

humn... although rendering terragen images is not that complicated...
it's pretty good... BUT... clouds and sun just look like one layer above the relief...
realistically you should be able to see differences in height... but here you don't...
another disturbing fact... you can see the jpg-artifacts with this resolution...
terragen-shadows are unrealistic :/... they might be a bit softer... mountains and water
are anti-aliased... but real nature creates things rounder :]
last question...
what photoshop skills did you exactly use ?
except for the font...
all in all...
nice terragenwork but nothin' for my desktop :]
