Woo, this took me a while to do! xD The gradient coloured tail was the hardest part, it took 9 different colours. As with my last cross stitch, sorry it's in the same position but that's the only way to get the proportions right, for me.

I understand. I spent probably a little too much time on my entries. I thought that at least two of them were pretty creative and I had a good shot. But yours is SUPER creative and came out really cool. I'm so sorry you didn't at least place.

I understand how you feel. The same thoughts have been going through my head. I think I may focus on art for myself for awhile. Maybe a bit of gift art. In my opinion most of these contests are actually quite biased. x_x I love your art though! I browsed your gallery. You're a great artist!
