this is an intense neon yellow, dark grey and black psd. it's not really meant to be put over humans, since the layers giving it a neon effect can make people look odd. however, if you know how to make your edit work with this filter, it'll look cool! overall, this neon psd works best over backgrounds and it makes blue / cyan / magenta into yellow. hope you like it! xoxo
