here's a light psd that works over pretty much everything, but absolutely looks the best on slightly darker photos containing red details imo. as you can see in this cover, it also includes a gradient overlay for that shiny / "fancy" look. keep in mind that it was made in photoshop cc, so i could potentially look odd in other apps. hope you like it either way! x
