TechHowl is the antagonist villain of Christmas Force RD/Super Reindeer. He hates Christmas because when he was a pup, he was extremely naughty and keeps getting coal every year. That made him want to ruin Christmas for everyone in the world, man, woman, and child! His metal parts? TechHowl lost them to an orca ever since he became a teenager, so he created new parts for himself, making him a cybowolf.

Also, did I mention that he used to be Dasher’s best friend before he got betrayed by him?
