Every time I remember “The Secret Saturdays” exists, I wind up binge watching the whole series again because man is it good.

My brain told me to draw Zak Saturday in Sonic style so I did… And then I practiced my comic-book shading techniques a little bit too since I felt like it.

He’s supposed to be a lynx (because I wanted to make the ears pointy with the tufts), though I figured making him look slightly un-lynx-y would work considering what he is in the show (that and I was kinda aiming for a Tail’s-esque look too. Because it worked).

TBH my thought process on this one was really a little less than usual, because he really works as almost anything. Even a snake or dragon was debated to connect with his powers’ origins, but then I couldn’t reasonably do lynx ears. And I really wanted those funky suckers.

There are a couple of other characters I also want to do like this, but we’ll see if my brain pulls through lol
