Moses was after all, according to the Old Testament, adopted by Egyptians but that was the Pharao's family.
But I think that was more during the New Kingdom and not the Old Kingdom since slaves were used first around the time of the New Kingdom.

Indeed. Slaves weren't introduced untill the New Kingdom-era with pharaos like Ramses II.
