I want to know, these color scripts, are they used as some sort of thumbnails for the color schemes of a scene? Maybe you can explain more about it to me.
I'm curious since I was wondering if it's a good idea to use this ''technique'' to get an idea of what colors to use in an illustration.

For these ones in particular it was just for showing major scenes for the proposed film project. So for these it just ended with that it was near the end of the semester and I did these simply to keep myself busy. However I will create much rougher thumbnails like these and throw them into Photoshop to figure out colors for a full illustration before I dive into it. To which most artists I know use. Though there are a lot of artists who just go straight at it and both techniques are viable.
Anyways bottom line is doing a rough thumbnail mock up of your work to see if the piece is going to work is worth it. They don't have to be as detailed as mine or as refined either.
