Firefighter Arnold McKinley is a Firefighter with the Pontypandy Fire Service in Wales which is a part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. He is the smartest firefighter in the service and is known for following the rules and regulations of the Brigade set by the Home Office. He last worked with the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service in Belfast. He joined the Fire and Rescue Service at the Newtown Fire Academy alongside his friend Ellie. Arnold is also the Union Representative of the Fire Service on behalf of the Fire Brigades Union. In 2019, he was elected as Union President during a Special Election after a vote of No Confidence for the previous Union President. Standing behind him is Jupiter in the design of a 2007 Pierce Dash 95' ft. Mid-Mount Platform Ladder Truck that was last driven by the Gilbert Fire and Rescue Department. His turnout gear was given to him by the team at Firehouse 51 of the Chicago Fire Department. Arnold is joined by Penny, Sam, Elvis, Ellie, and Station Officer Steele. I customized the colors on the SCBA (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus) to make it look like the ones seen in Pontypandy.
